Note – this position could be combined with another role.  For example, we’d love one of our Sauna Captains or Sauna Truckers to also be the Maintenance & Logistics Lead.  

1 - Together with founding team, help develop and implement ongoing sauna maintenance plan: 

-Appropriate cadence of sanding and oiling.

-Weekly deep cleaning of saunas.

-Monthly cleaning of stoves.

-Maintenance of trailers.

2 - Train and lead staff on daily and weekly sauna cleaning tasks.

 3 - Repair anything that breaks (or find & coordinate the appropriate contractor to do so).  Learn from said episode and improve our systems to prevent breakage in the future.

-Experience towing with a pickup truck a plus, but not required.  We can teach you.  

-Carpentry /woodworking / builder skills.  

-Comfortable with research/testing to determine best strategies.

-Responsible, punctual, fun.
