We want people who are more motivated by Our Mission and impact than just a paycheck.  That said, we do intend to compensate you fairly for your contributions.

(Aside from Nate the founder:  to the extent that I'm motivated by money, it is primarily to help us expand our offering and bring the magic of sauna + cold water to more people.  If I won the lotto, there'd be a public sauna in every neighborhood of Seattle.)   

2 - People who like Hosting

‍We're a place where it's easy to hang out. A place to meet new friends and hang out with old friends.

The elements can get wild in the winter – windy and rainy.

We’re looking for people that enjoy being outside, and can hold it down in a micro-hurricane.  

If you camp or do stuff outdoors, you’ll fit in.

People who are excellent in a certain realm (or who are working towards such mastery) and who want to use those skills to build Bywater. Maybe that's hosting, or accounting, or illustrating, or any number of things.
