Cancel anytime up to 12 hours in advance of your session.

Members will be charged a $20 penalty for a late cancellations, per spot booked.
Members will be charged the full drop-in price per spot for a no-show.

We do not want to be punitive. We do want to encourage responsibility, communication, and grace. If you have an emergency, please reach out to info@bywatersauna.com and let us know.

We set the price of the membership so its as accessible as possible (recall: a drop in is $35-40!). Rather than charging a higher fee from the jump, we have the rules in place to keep things fair for everyone while ensuring a lower entry price.

As a member, you can attend unlimited sessions per month, with a few caveats:
- One session per day
- Two upcoming bookings at any given time. (ie. If you have bookings for 12/1 and 12/4, you will not be able to book another session until after your 12/1 visit.

We love friends, and want to meet yours! Members get one free guest pass per month. To use your guest pass, just add +1 to your booking.

For additional guests beyond the free pass, the member's account will be charged for the session at the drop-in rate. Our app will allow you to book for more than one guest per month without any additional fee at the time of booking.  

If your guest pass is used on a booking that is late cancelled or a no show, the pass if forfieted that month.
