Note – this position could be combined with another role.  For example, we’d love one of our Sauna Captains or Hosts to also be the Lead Communicator.

1 - Make peoples’ booking experience smooth and easy.  

2 - Respond to guest emails like you’d respond to a friend. 

3 - Resolve any booking issues directly and educate people on how our systems work for their next booking'

4 - Work with partner organizations to schedule our sessions and special events. 

5 - Maintain and update our booking system and schedule.

6 - Help us find and implement new and improved digital systems for booking, scheduling, etc.   

7 - Take notes on how we can improve.  

8 - Bonus points if you’re skilled and / or interested in: bookkeeping, event planning, website building, marketing, media, etc.
